Accounts

To use certain parts of LRA you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your sign-in links and codes confidential. Notify EF immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each account is personal and may be used by one person only. An account may be signed in on no more than two devices at the same time; signing in on another device signs out the oldest one. Access purchased by a company remains assigned to the one person it was purchased for and may not be transferred or shared.

Trainings and Content

LRA offers paid trainings, such as LRA AI-Lab, LRA Academy and the 21-Day pyRevit Challenge, as well as free courses, guides and resources. The scope of each training and the duration of access are stated on its product page.

Where a product page states lifetime access, you keep access to that training, its recordings and its updates for as long as LRA is operated. Should LRA cease to operate for any reason, lifetime access ends, as the materials cannot be provided outside of the platform.

EF may update, restructure or improve the content of a training at any time, provided its essential scope as described on the product page is maintained.

Purchases and Payment

By making a purchase you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is true, correct and complete. Prices are stated in EUR. Consumers in EU might be subject to additional VAT. Business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure where applicable. An invoice is issued for every payment.

Where offered, a training may be paid in instalments as shown at checkout. If an instalment fails, EF may suspend access to the training until the outstanding amount has been fully paid, previous payments won't be refunded.For payments by bank transfer, the customer bears all bank and transfer fees. If such fees are charged to EF, EF may restrict access to the training until they have been covered in full.

Refunds and Cancellations

LRA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its trainings. If a training does not exceed your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by writing to support@learnrevitapi.com. A training may state additional refund terms on its product page, which then apply.Consumers in EU have statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, which is covered with our 30-day money back guarantee.

Suspension and Termination

EF reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account and its access to LRA, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if EF has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. Such violations include in particular: (a) sharing an account or its access with other persons; (b) using an account by more persons than permitted based on used devices count; (c) copying, reselling, publishing or otherwise distributing LRA content; (d) abusive, harassing or disrespectful conduct towards EF or other members; (e) fraudulent payments or unjustified chargebacks; (f) any other misuse of LRA or breach of these Terms.

In the event of termination for such a violation, no refund is owed for any remaining access period, to the extent permitted by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting EF directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on LRA, including videos, lessons, texts, graphics, downloads, web-design and course materials, is the intellectual property of EF and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, share or create derivative works from the content, or use it to deliver training of your own, without the prior written permission of EF.

Code examples taught in the lessons may be used and adapted in your own projects, including commercial and client work. This does not permit republishing the code examples as course or teaching material.

Disclaimer: Code, AI and Tools

Your use of LRA is at your sole risk. LRA and all its content, including code, scripts, AI prompts, rules, context files, skills, MCP tools, agents and examples, are provided for educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected.

In these Terms, "AI" refers to any artificial intelligence system, including superintelligence ("SI"). AI tools can act unpredictably and may modify or delete files, models, projects, databases or other data. You are solely responsible for every action that code and AI tools take on your machines and systems. Always test on a backup copy before using them on live projects. Third-party AI services are subject to their own terms.

Community and Live Calls

Participation in the LRA community is optional. You may not post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading or promotional, nor share personal data of others without their consent. You retain the rights to the content you post and grant EF a non-exclusive licence to display it to members on LRA. EF may remove any content that violates these Terms.

Code and advice shared by other members are their own; EF does not review them and accepts no responsibility for them. Live calls may be recorded and made available to the members of the respective training.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from EF, including messages about your account and purchases, LRA updates, newsletters and promotional content. You may unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional emails at any time via the link in each email or in your dashboard. Emails required to provide the service, such as sign-in codes and invoices, are sent regardless.

Availability

EF strives to keep LRA available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond the control of EF may cause temporary interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

EF is not liable for damage caused by slight negligence. This exclusion does not apply to injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Within these limits, EF is not liable for damage to models, projects, data or systems resulting from the use of code, AI tools or other resources provided on LRA, or for temporary unavailability of LRA.

Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at learnrevitapi.com/privacy.

Changes to These Terms

EF may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page; the date at the top shows the current version. Your continued use of LRA after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Purchases already made remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country in which you live.
